Join us Sunday, June 25th from 12PM to 2PM on the Capitol steps!
“We are shaking things up a bit with very special Hosts and Live Music!! Let’s celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community in Michigan. We look forward to embracing self-acceptance, local achievements of Michigan individuals & groups, newly gained legal rights, and honoring the lives of those lost in our community this year. We’re hosting this event in June to commemorate the 1969 Stonewall riots in New York City, a pivotal moment in modern social movements. The rally seeks to create community and honor the history of the movement. Please practice COVID-safe practices. Mask wearing is not required and is welcomed. Please respect the space of other individuals and enjoy our speakers, performers, and each other on The Capitol lawn.”
