Join us as we explore who we are as United Methodists following recent disaffiliations. There are three participation options: two online classes with United Methodists across Michigan and one in-person class on Sundays at 11:00 a.m., in the Bethune Room led by retired pastor Rev. Rick Blunt.
The study, encouraged by Michigan Bishop David Bard, uses Knowing Who We Are: The Wesleyan Way of Grace by Laceye Warner and includes video presentations. Together, we will explore what we believe, how we live out our faith, and what makes the Wesleyan tradition distinctive—rooted in God’s grace, real-life transformation, justice, and love.
A sample book and sign-up sheet are available in the Gathering Space. Please purchase your own copy of the book.
Online sessions meet on Tuesdays through March 31:
• 12:00–1:30 p.m. (daytime)
• 6:30–8:00 p.m. (evening)
